Yesterday was Christmas eve. Possibly the Oakland Raiders' last game at the Oakland Coliseum. And a full moon occurred on the 22nd.
I have been an Oakland resident all of my life and I had never been to a Raiders' game. Today's game was my first and probably my last Raiders' game as the Oakland Raiders.
Today I made barbacoa. A Mexican dish made for special occasions. This being Christmas Eve I decided to make barbacoa. I invited my brothers and sisters over. We had a feast. All the food was freshly made. The barbacoa, the salsa, the condiments, the eggnog, everything was fresh.
Gifts were given and everyone ate and drank and was merry.

The color of Venus is not as well known. I have read pages on the internet that attribute pink as the color of Venus. I doubt that is correct.
The heart chakra, associated with the emotion love, is green in the color scale. The heart, like the emotion love, corresponds to Venus.
In "The Practice of Magical Evocation," Franz Bardon instructs us to envision a green atmosphere when we communicate with the inhabitants of Venus.
That green is the green field in Mexico's flag.
The serpent is the same biblical serpent that deceived Eve who then deceived Adam, and the original sin of fornication began. This serpent represents the lower aspect of Scorpio. The serpent represents sex used for degenerate purposes. Black magic.
The scorpion is the most recognized symbol of Scorpio. The phoenix, resurrected from its own ashes, is also a symbol of Scorpio but not as well known. Mexican Flag
To me the Mexican flag displays the following symbolism.
On the left side is a field of green. The color of Venus, the symbol of women.
Copper is the metal of Venus. It turns green when it oxidizes.
On the right side is a field of red. The color of Mars, the symbol of men.
Iron is the metal of Mars. It turns red when it oxidizes.
In the center we find an eagle devouring a snake. Both are symbols of Scorpio.
The eagle represents the higher aspect of Scorpio. The snake represents the lower aspect of Scorpio. The eagle (the higher aspect) is devouring the snake (the lower aspect).
Scorpio is ruled by Mars. Mars is ruled by the archangel Samael.
Scorpio rules sex. It is a strong sign in the zodiac just as sex is a strong impulse in human affairs.
Samael Aun Weor was born in Columbia and immigrated to Mexico. He made Mexico City his home the remainder of his life. Samael Aun Weor is the archangel Samael.
