Today was a magical day for me. Today is a New Moon day, and as I have written previously, new moons are propitious to me. New moons represent new beginnings. A new moon at the beginning of the year is a beautiful thing.
Today's New Moon fell on the sixth of January. In Mexico we celebrate "Dia de Los Reyes Magos." It is the day of the three wise men written about in the New Testament of our Bible. Three wise men from the east went out looking for baby Jesus when he was born. They knew of his birth and location by watching the Eastern Star. They presented the baby Jesus with gifts including frankincense and myrrh. In Mexico gifts are given to the children on this day. It's the day of the three magi (magicians).
This morning I had my magical experience when I had my astral projection experience again (see my previous post). Visiting the astral! That is magical!
On the day of the three wise men, the three magi? What could be more appropriate?

Old Western Town
I woke up around seven this morning. I thought about getting up and enjoying the early Sunday morning but the warmth and comfort of my bed prevented me from getting up. So I simply got comfortable and went back to sleep.
I went into a dream. I was riding a small all-terrain vehicle. I was driving along a road behind two other vehicles. We reached a fork on the road and the vehicle ahead continued along the right side. The vehicle right in front of me continued on the left side. I followed this one and then realized the driver had gone in the wrong direction. We were heading onto oncoming traffic.
I immediately made a u-turn and headed back. At the fork I turned left and began to ride down a ramp. I realized it was not for vehicles. The ramp floor was not solid. It was made of metal bars so as to cause tires to get stuck, so bikes, skateboards, scooters, etc. couldn't roll down the ramp. It was for pedestrians only. I was cautious not to let my front tire get stuck so I wouldn't flip over forward.
I paused for a moment and began to head back up the ramp. Someone was walking down the ramp and I heard him exclaim, "Wow, what a dream."
I thought nothing of it and continued to head back up the ramp. When I reached the top I heard someone exclaim again, "What a dream!"
This time I thought about that for a moment. That's two times someone exclaimed that it was a dream. Could I be astral projecting again? Am I in a dream? At first I didn't believe that I was dreaming. Everything seemed real just like in the physical world.
I followed Samael Aun Weor's instructions to test if we are in the astral or not. I gave a little jump and sure enough I felt the sensation of floating.
YES! I was in the astral again!
When I came back down to the ground I looked around. Normally I like to explore the astral world. I walk around and observe my environment. I like to take in the sites. But this time I remembered that I had decided previously to not waste time in the astral by simply walking around and exploring but to be alert for potential "teachers." Those who teach us in the astral.
I stood there and simply looked around. The place I was in looked like an old western town. Old towns like this still exist. Towns that have not changed much over the years. As I looked around I observed the buildings and the people. As usual, I saw many people simply going on about their usual routines.
A moment later I opened my eyes and was back in my bed in my room. I decided to get up and enjoy the rest of the day.

Tequila Sunrise
The household has gone to Mexico for the next two weeks. I have the house all to myself. So, to be honest I've been indulging in Tequila Sunrises all evening.
Here's a recipe I found online.
3 oz orange juice
1-1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz grenadine
I haven't been measuring mine. I have just been eyeballing them.
Cheers everyone.

Happy New Year!
It's great that we all made it another year.
Many of us already made it many decades.
Hm? Can any of us make it many centuries?
Just wondering.
Our ancestors lived for hundreds of years.
There are some who have lived for many manvantaras.
Why shouldn't we say "Happy Manvantara!" next time?
