I didn't let the day go by wasted. I did some foot-work and got some work done regarding my background checks. I went to the local court house and obtained official and certified copies of my prior cases. Now I have proof from the local court house and the sheriff's office that the records held by the DOJ are wrong!
So now I'm putting together my package of documents and getting ready to send them off to the DOJ so they can correct my DOJ file.
Today I got a reply from the DOJ. They say they received my paperwork and are investigating the matter and will get back to me with the results.
