Magic Defined

"The Religion of the Ancient Magi, even those who found, and visited, the child Jesus; a combination of Religion, Science, and Philosophy; a system of training having to do with the whole man -- body, mind, and soul -- and recognizing man as a threefold being, a Trinity of body, mind, and soul.

This Trinity when perfectly developed, makes man one with God, and gives him the power of the Magi.

The Magi recognize each part of the threefold being as equal in importance one with the other. They recognize the body is as real and important as the mind, that the mind is as important as body and soul, and that soul is as important as the other two. They recognize that there can be no perfection in man so long as he depreciates the one or the other of his threefold nature, knowing that the power of the Magi comes only to the perfectly developed man."
