When a collector contacts a debtor the collector should always ask for the money. I remember when I was a young aspiring collector. The more seasoned collectors would always tell me "Ask for the money."
When I owed fines, Alameda County Central Collections was certain
to go after its money.
Now the tables have turned. It is me who is asking the collector for the money.
I followed up with my previous telephone call to a collector at Alameda County Central Collections. The ones who erroneously sent my deceased father's fines to the California Franchise Tax Board and had MY tax return intercepted. You ass! I want my money!
I wrote a letter to the individual and demanded a refund, either from Central Collections or the Franchise Tax Board. I really don't give a damn who gives it to me, I just want my money!
I'm doing what a good creditor should do, ask for the money. Bitch! Give me my money!
That buffoon in Central Collections doesn't know that I used to be a collector. Come hell or high water I will go after my money.
