Cal DOJ Fails!

I went to the court house again for some certified docs. The same cat who was there the previous time was there again. As I waited for him to process my request I asked "Who updates my records with the California DOJ?"

"We do it automatically" he said. "The DOJ has its own time frame for updating their records," he said. "But we send them the information automatically."

Hm? I thought. So they can basically take their time. There's no rush for them to update anyone's records. But if we contact them they will typically get to it.

So basically I have to get on their asses about it and they may expedite it.

I already suspected that.

Sure, when I was arrested for the first time the DOJ immediately created a file for me. When I was subsequently arrested again the DOJ immediately updated my files to reflect every single arrest.

However, when I won or had a case dismissed the DOJ wasn't so quick to update my file. In actuality I'm going through a lot of excess bullshit to get the DOJ to UPDATE MY FILES AND SHOW THAT MY CASE WAS DISMISSED! Damn! California DOJ gets two Fs!

"How about the FBI?" I asked. "They get their info from the DOJ," he said.

Damn. So the bottle neck is with the California DOJ. It is they who are not updating my file and as a result the FBI is NOT having its files updated!

Well, that's exactly why I went to the court house today. I got certified copies showing the dismissed case. I also got a fingerprint card and I'm sending those to the FBI. Those are the docs the FBI asks for and those are the docs I'm providing. The FBI will now need to put pressure on the DOJ to update their records.

Damn! The DOJ gets three Fs!
